What is Lacto Fermentation?
We like to explain the process of lacto fermentation with a simple equation:
Lactobacillus + Sugar + Salt - Oxygen = Delicious Ferments!
Lactobacillus (naturally found on organically grown produce)
+ Sugar (already in fruits and veggies)
+ Salt (preservative)
- Oxygen (anerobic environment)
= Delicious Ferments!
