cultured foods, including sauerkrauts, kim chi, and pickles, are
raw, lacto-fermented, no vinegar or sugar added,
100% MOFGA Certified Organic. Ingredients are
Maine grown whenever possible and mixed with
Celtic sea salt which is rich in trace minerals.
They can be enjoyed by adults and children alike as a restorative

Throughout
the fermentation process, amino acids and lactic acid are produced
and together create the unique tangy, effervescent
flavor of traditionally preserved cultured foods.
Besides great taste, the biggest benefit from fermented foods

found in fermented foods like kim chi and yogurt. The process
of Lacto-fermentation prevents harmful bacteria from growing while
